1. Choose the correct service needed

Please choose from the different services available below the one that will match your particular trailer. All prices include VAT.

2. Choose your preferred date

On the day of service, we ask for the trailer to be dropped off to us in the morning between 8 and 9am. Our NTTA trained technicians will then aim to have your trailer ready for collection for the end of the same day. If you are aware of any issues with your trailer please let us know when you drop your trailer off to us.

2. Click Book and enter your details

Once you have selected your date, click book and add your details to confirm the booking. We will also at this stage ask for the make, model and age of your trailer. Payment is not due until you collect the trailer once all work is completed.

If Further work is required

If after completing the 30 point inspection and service, your trailer needs any further work or parts, we will call you to discuss the quote. If this is the case, we may need to order parts in and may need the trailer for a few days for the parts to arrive and the work to be carried. If this is the case we will keep you updated with the progress. All further labour is charged at a price of £60 plus VAT per hour.

Collect the trailer

We will let you know when the trailer is ready to collect. Payment must be received before the trailer leaves us. A VAT invoice will be provided alongside the service checklist. If you have a service book for your trailer we can also get this stamped and signed for you.
